David Cubberley is a Canadian politician. Cubberley was elected the British Columbia New Democratic Party MLA for the district of Saanich South in the British Columbia general election, 2005. He serves as the Opposition Critic for Education.

Cubberley's political career began in 1990 as a Saanich Councillor. He has served on the board of the Capital Regional District.
