Recently Cavallo is collaborating with the International Commission of Science & Technology (CIACT in Spanish) a Dominican Republic presidential institution which is being led by Jose Santana. The main focus of this collaboration is the development of a Latin America Constructionism network, pursuing radical transformations in the educational system. The Latin America Constructionism network is currently working in Brasil, Chile and the Dominican Republic.
