David Bretherton

David Bretherton (February 29, 1924 - May 11, 2000) was a notable American film editor throughout much of the latter half of the 20th century, most notably in the 1960s and 70s. The most famous movies that he edited include Peyton Place, Westworld, and Silver Streak.
He was born in Los Angeles, California and died there of pneumonia.
Bretherton was the son of editor/director Howard Bretherton.
