David Ayre

David Ayre was a CSIS agent involved in the lead-up to the 1985 Air India bombing. Together with Raymond Kobzey he was widely considered to have lost, failed to secure, or destroyed crucial tapes needed to implicate Talwinder Singh Parmar.[1]
