David Michael Zastudil (born October 26, 1978 in Bay Village, Ohio) is a punter for the Cleveland Browns. He played four seasons with the Baltimore Ravens from 2002-2005.
Zastudil was drafted by the Ravens out of Ohio University with the 112th pick (4th round) of the 2002 NFL Draft. He has punted 243 times for 9,965 yards in 45 career games.
In 2004, Zastudil missed three games with a separated shoulder suffered attempting to make a tackle.
On March 12, 2006, Dave Zastudil was signed by the Cleveland Browns to a 5-year contract.

Played for the Bay Rockets of Bay High School in Bay Village, Ohio as quarterback, starting his freshman year. He also holds the record for longest punt and most net punting yards in a season at Bay High.

Dave Zastudil was a punter for the Ohio Bobcats. While there, he led the Mid-American Conference for 4 years in average yards per punt. He left the Ohio Bobcats with a school-record 44.57 yards per punt. For his college career, he punted 207 times for 9,225 yards (44.57 yards per punt).
