David "Dave" Carlton Wilson (born April 27, 1959 in Anaheim, California) is a former American professional football player who played with the New Orleans Saints from 1981-1988. A 6'3", 206 lbs. quarterback from the University of Illinois, Wilson was selected by the Saints in the 1st round of the 1981 supplemental draft. Though it is not known by many Dave Wilson played in 1989 and 1990 for the Saints but never in the regular season.
