Dave Wills

Dave Wills is an American radio sportscaster and currently serves as the play-by-play announcer for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, which is a position he has held since 2005 along with fellow broadcaster Andy Freed. Freed is currently signed through the 2008 season. [1]
He is from and for many years worked in Chicago. He was the pre-game and post-game analyst and back-up for John Rooney for the Chicago White Sox radio broadcasts from 1997-2004. He also was the play-by-play announcer for the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) basketball games at the same time. He also coached Oak Lawn High School basketball games. While in Chicago he worked at WMVP.
Prior to turning to broadcasting Wills served as the pitching coach/recruiting coordinator at his alma mater, Elmhurst College (IL) in 1989 and as the interim head coach at the University of Chicago in 1990. [2]
