Dave Madden (born on 17 December 1931 in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian actor most famous for his role as the manager Reuben Kincaid on The Partridge Family, though he actually rose to fame just prior to that show as a confetti-throwing sad sack on Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In in the late 60's. Madden spent his youth in Terre Haute, Indiana. He currently plays the character of window washer Bernard Walton on Focus on the Family's Adventures in Odyssey radio drama.
