Dave Koupal was the bassist for the punk rock band The Wipers. He played bass on the first Wipers album, Is This Real? and on a few of the songs on their second album, Youth of America and left after recording those few songs to move to Ohio. He also played bass for Morgan Grace and Sam Henry (Also originally in The Wipers).
