Dave Kelly (Born Richard Bell November 11, 1969 In Kingston, Jamaica, Dave Kelly is the songwriter, musican, engineer at the beginning of his very career at Madhouse Records. Then later on he decided to pursue a career as a producer also at the label. So he began to train and work on other Jamaican dancehall artists albums and he also was remarked as the most influential producer to help Penthouse Records through their glory days.
Dave Kelly has released some of the most popular and influential dancehall riddims such as the Joyride, Showtime, Fiesta, and 85 riddims. He produced Beenie Man's international hit "Dude" in 2003 on the Fiesta riddim, featured on Beenie Man's LP, Back to Basics, as well as Baby Cham's major hit "Ghetto Story", the title track for Baby Cham's 2006 album which he also produced.
