I've heard he was also thinking about Madagascar--Lokyz 11:01, 7 September 2006 (UTC)

So far this article is a stub. Some major extention and explanation of context is needed. So far it is based on one source, and this one does not mention Madagascar (but it is true, so we just need to finf more sources). I think also Mosambique was considered. Encyclopaedia Editing Dude 11:06, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
