The Daulatzai are one of the Pashtun tribes of northern and central Afghanistan. They reside mainly in the province of Balkh, and Kabul and also in parts of surrounding provinces.

Major General Esmatullah Daulatzai is the Chief of the Kabul Police in Afghanistan.
