Daulatkhan is located at 22.6069° N 90.7358° E . It has 29233 units of house hold and total area 316.99 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census^GRBangladeh, Daulatkhan has a population of 153458. Males constitute are 52.54% of the population, and females 47.46%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 69112.
