This template is intended to be used for time stamping. It provides the date in the form '{{CURRENTTIME}}, {{CURRENTDAY}} {{CURRENTMONTHNAME}} {{CURRENTYEAR}} (UTC)' . Use is usually best preceded by 'subst:'.
