DataArt is a provider of software outsourcing services for SME's, specializing in enterprise application development, system integration and business automation tools, with industry-specific software expertise in financial, telecom and media sectors. Headquartered in New York City, DataArt runs R&D centers in Saint Petersburg and Voronezh, Russia, and maintains offices in San Francisco, Jacksonville, Florida, Chapel Hill, NC, USA and London, UK.
DataArt was founded in 1997 by Eugene Goland.
DataArt is a Microsoft Certified Partner. The company was voted the best technology employer in St.Petersburg, Russia in 2004.
