Dasaratha Maurya
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dasaratha Maurya was the king of the Mauryan empire from 232 B.C. to 224 B.C. He was the successor of Ashoka the Great. He succeeded Asoka after the blinding of his half-brother Kunala, which made him unfit to hold the throne. Dasaratha's son did not take over the throne, instead Kunala's son Samprati did.
