[edit] License tagging for Image:03 02 11.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:03 02 11.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

[edit] Beyblade - cleanup and expansion

Thank you for all the work you've done on all the Beyblade articles lately. It's very impressive and I have a lot to read through I can see.

I have a couple of questions and suggestions already though. I'd like to hear your opinion since you've obviously put in a lot of effort.

I think the profiles of the Bladebreakers in List of Beyblade characters have grown a bit too big. They all have their own articles and the Bladebreakers one. The pictures are certainly excessive to have in both. Ideally they should only have a short paragraph (perhaps identical to the opening of their individual articles for consitency) that gives just enough information to satisfy a curious outsider. Those more interested can then continue to the main articles.

Now that you've fleshed so many of the teams that actually goes for the characters on those too. I think it's too much to have individual pages for each of the White Tigers, Demolition Boys and so on, so I think I'll go through those pages and redirect and/or remove some the links you've made. Garland Siebald was one such, I think. On that note I think it would be an idea to delete Ming-Ming and just have her described together with the rest of BEGA League. I don't actually understand why she got a personal article in the first place.

Speaking of "Siebald": Where did you get that family name? I don't believe I've seen it before. The same goes for some of the other family names flowing around. I think some of them are actually fanon, and they probably shouldn't be used without a pretty solid reference to back them up. Nêdunque 17:56, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

Thank you. That was neat. I have actually only seen Season 2 in full, so it was nice to get confirmation on this fact at least. I think it's "Sielbalds" with an "s" but I'm dubious on the spelling - of course now I can't find where you'd used it. Ah well, I'll find it again eventually. You write a lot faster than I can read as it is. Very impressive work. Thank you.Nêdunque 00:10, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Manifesto17.jpg

Thank you for uploading Image:Manifesto17.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation.--Punkalicious 14:00, 16 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:11336613052joulutala6gq.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:11336613052joulutala6gq.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. User:Gay Cdn (talk) (Contr) 15:56, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
