Talk:Dark Future
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
There also is a Science-Fiction genre called "Dark Future". Basically it is a generic term for the sub-genres Dystopia, Cyberpunk or End time. Is it possible to write a short entry ? - Chase
- "Dark Future" is not in this sense of the work included in either the Science fiction or Science fiction genres and related topics articles. While it makes some kind of logical sense, I have not heared it used this way, where the game this articles is about is a definate item by this name. I would suggest, if you can document the use of "Dark Furture" as a Sci Fi genre, adding it too one of the above articles. And then adding a brief not in the style of one of the otheruses templates, like this:
This article is about the game. For other uses, see Dark Future (disambiguation).

- Well, the only source I got is the German Wikipedia article on Dark Future that depicts it as genre and synonym for science-fiction dystopia. However, I didn't find anything else on the web. Either this is a relativly new term, or it is only present in German. While researching, I found out that Dark Future also is a text based browser-game, a Half-Life modification and a rather unknown amateur comic. I keep researching - Chase
