There's a huge part of it in there that's missing. The Carnival of Carnage is more of just a travelling circus. "But just like a circus that brings its exhibitions of the fantastic and amusing from town to town, a travelling mass of social rejects and twisted, angry souls arise to bring the carnage witnessed daily in the ghetto to the rest of society that has chosen to forget them. Instead of inflictiong violence and destruction within their own communities, these souls now inflict mayhem on the society that's kept them down." The Carnival of Carnage more or less comes to the community. Come to think of it, I noticed that there's more than just that. This entire thing is only so accurate.
