Darren Quigley, born in Dublin on June 10, 1986, is a footballer currently playing with Eircom League side UCD. He has one Ireland B international cap, which he earned against Scotland B on 14th November 2006, and five Ireland U-21 caps. He made his UCD debut (excluding League Cup games) in an FAI Cup win against Cork City in July 2004 and has played in every single league and FAI Cup game for the Students since - a run of 90 games. His good performances did not go unnoticed and he went on trial at many Scottish and English clubs over the Christmas period, including Falkirk and Fulham [1] but re-signed for UCD in January.
