Darley Racing is a one of the world's preeminent Thoroughbred horse racing operations. It is controlled by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, ruler of Dubai and vice-president of the United Arab Emirates.

Darley Stud is the operation's breeding arm.
