Darko Kovačević (born 18 November 1973 in Kovin, Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Serbian football player.

He played for several clubs, including Red Star Belgrade, Sheffield Wednesday F.C. (England), Real Sociedad (Spain) and Juventus F.C. (Italy).

He played for Yugoslavia (55 matches/9 goals) and was a participant at the 1998 FIFA World Cup and Euro 2000.
