Darkesville, West Virginia

Darkesville is an unincorporated town in Berkeley County, West Virginia, USA. It is located between Inwood and Martinsburg on the Winchester Pike (U.S. Highway 11). Darkesville was established in 1791. Its historic downtown was listed as a National Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. Middle Creek flows through the center of Darkesville.
