Dark Crisis

Dark Crisis (DCR) is the ninth English booster to be released in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. It is comprised of the Japanese sets Power of the Guardians and Threat from the Demon World. It revolves around Fiend-type monsters and contains two new types of Monster cards. The first one is Guardian cards. These monsters each require a specific Equip-Spell card to be summoned. The others are Archfiends. They require a Life Point cost to use, but have powerful effects. This set also had the third instant victory method with Final Countdown. Highly sought-after cards include Vampire Lord, D.D. Warrior Lady, Terrorking Archfiend, Tsukoyomi, and Reflect Bounder. It contains two Secret Rares, ten Ultra Rares, ten Super Rares, seventeen Rares, and sixty-seven Common cards.
