Daresbury Laboratory (DL) is a UK scientific research laboratory near Daresbury in Cheshire. Around 500 full-time staff are employed there. DL is run by the Council for the Central Laboratory of the Research Councils (CCLRC), in conjunction with the larger Rutherford Appleton Laboratory at Didcot in the South East of England.
