Daranacon is a multi-media fan convention located in Kansas City, MO. It will run from October 12-15, 2007.
Daranacon is run by the Cantina Roleplayers Guild, also known as CRG. It is set on 'Port Imbriel', a neutral port that plays host to a variety of 'beings' and fandoms. Attendees are encouraged to dress in costume for the weekend and enjoy the atmosphere.
The convention encourages free form role-play and interaction throughout the weekend. Players may choose to create their own character or accept a pre-generated character.
