Daphne's Greek Cafe is a small fast food restaurant chain operating in Arizona and in California. They serve Greek food in fast casual style.

Daphne's Greek Cafe was founded by George Katakalidis in 1991, who is currently the CEO of the company. It currently has 65 locations throughout Arizona and California, with plans to expand to 75 locations in 2007.
