[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Chapelcross.jpeg
|
Thanks for uploading Image:Chapelcross.jpeg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stifle (talk) 10:47, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Solsbury Hill
Hey Daniel, you may wanna double-check some of the Wiki music project discussions regarding singles pages. I know that there were some issues with songs that were covered by different artists not really needing their own pages for each version. (Wikipedia:WikiProject Songs) Lately I've noticed a bunch of song articles on which more than one version is featured (and some past separated pages were merged). I'm not an expert on it, but I could swear the separation of versions is discouraged... although I should re-read the consensus. Just a heads up. Later! -- eo 14:09, 2 June 2006 (UTC)
- I wasn't aware that it was discouraged :-(. I felt that it was better for clarity sake, as the song is done by two distinctly different artists. Danielnez1 10:36, 3 June 2006 (UTC)

An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:The dream academy.png, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in its not being deleted. Thank you. —Chowbok ☠ 17:35, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
