[edit] Costa Rican colon symbol image

Hi, Daniel,

How about putting an image of the Costa Rican colón symbol in this table, which would look better than the little square. I've uploaded the image here but I don't know how to put it in the table. Do you? --DBlomgren 03:02, 19 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your user page

Much better! :) --DBlomgren 03:11, 21 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Carajo

Why don't you stop worrying about money and go check this out? Put in your two colons' worth :). By the way, if you need any help with English, let me know. DBlomgren 05:11, 21 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Numismatics

Greetings!! I'd like to welcome you to WikiProject Numismatics. Anything you see that can be improved upon, go for it, anything that is lacking add it, anything that is all together absent, please fill us in. There are quite a few knowledgeable people of both numismatics and wikipedia, in this little project, so don't hesitate to ask. Please be sure to read through the whole of the project pages, as we have just recently started using some of them. Again, welcome.

You can add this to your user page:
{{NumismaticWikiProject-Member}}

Which looks like so:

This user is a member of the Numismatics WikiProject, a WikiProject which aims to expand coverage of numismatics on Wikipedia. Please feel free to join.
Hope this gets you off and contributing to the little project that makes the world go round. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask either me, or Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Numismatics. See ya :)Joe I 22:11, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:5bcrlado1.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:5bcrlado1.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

[edit] Wikipedia:WikiProject Abandoned Articles

Regarding your posting at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Abandoned Articles, I think the guidelines on how to work on a block of articles is pretty complete. You might want to just "claim" a block of ten articles and start working on those. As mentioned on the talk page of the project, the reality is that most of the "ancient" pages are disambiguation. Most of those do need work, and it's fairly easy work to fix these. So you might just want to learn more about disambiguation pages (do read the two information pages listed in the guidelines) and practice fixing a few.

Alternatively, or perhaps after you've done a block and want to work on "real" articles, not disambiguation pages, you could just go to Special:Ancientpages and jump ahead to number 301 or further, then start checking for "real" articles. When you find one that looks interesting, follow the detailed guidelines in the project in order to make the article less "abandoned". -- John Broughton (☎☎) 17:18, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Welcome to WikiProject Catholicism!

Hello, Daniel32708, and welcome to Wikiproject Catholicism! Thank you for your generous offer to help contribute. I'm sure your input will be much appreciated. I hope you enjoy contributing here and being a Catholic Project Wikipedian! If you have any questions, feel free to discuss anything on the project talk page, or to leave a message on my own talk page. Please remember to sign all your comments, and be bold with your edits. Again, welcome, and happy editing! Ghfj007 14:53, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] An update on Wikipedia:WikiProject Abandoned Articles

The project has reached the quarter-way point for the work on the list of the oldest 1000 ("abandoned") articles in Wikipedia: 250 articles have been reviewed and updated!

The project now has 21 members. If you're no longer interested, please take your name off the list; you won't get any further messages like this one. On the other hand, if you're still interested, please consider signing up for a(nother) block of 10 articles to work on - if everyone did this, we'd be almost halfway through those 1000 articles!

Finally, please note that project approach has changed slightly - there is now a section for editors to place articles that need to be "adopted", or to adopt articles that need further work. This means that if you find an article in a block of ten that needs more work than you have time for, it has a place to be put.
