The assertion that the use of this image qualifies as fair use has been disputed by Ytny (talk) 18:59, 14 February 2007 (UTC). The reason for this dispute is that Scanpix is a photo agency, so this photograph fails WP:FUC #2, since it is "used in a manner that would likely replace the original market role of the original copyrighted media" and FUC #8 because a photograph that "adds to the general feeling of the article" is decorative and not encyclopedic.. Please provide a rationale as to why this image qualifies as fair use. If no acceptable rationale can be provided, this image may be nominated for deletion in the future.
