The Danish Union of Teachers (Danish: Danmarks Lærerforening or DLF) is a trade union in Denmark. It represents 97% of all primary and lower secondary teachers, with a membership of 85,000.

The DLF is affiliated with the Salaried Employees' and Civil Servants' Confederation, and Education International.
