From 2006 is 2nd Division level split in two groups: East and West.

From 1996 to 1997 was 2nd Division level split in two groups: East and West.

From 1986 to 1991 was the third highest level split in two groups: East and West.

From 1966 to 1974 was 3rd Division split in two groups: East and West.

During World War II was there only one competition in Danish football.

The winner of 3rd Series East should play promotion game against the winner of 3rd Series West. This is the winners of the promotion games:
