The division-champion, Næstved BK, promoted to the Danish 1st Division 2006-07, and the runner-up, Holbæk B&I, will play a promotion game against the runner-up, Thisted FC, in the West group 2005-06. Værløse BK and BK Avarta relegated to the Denmark's series.
