Daniela Castillo (born September 26, 1984 in Santiago de Chile, Chile) is a chilean female Pop singer and actress. She debuted in 2002 as a solo artist at the chilean TV show Rojo: Fama Contra Fama. She studied four years at the Alicia Puccio Academy where she met the casting crew for the TV show Rojo. Although she did not win first place in the singer talent contest, she became really popular due to her stunning voice. She released her first studio album in 2003 entitled "Daniela Castillo" under the Warner label.
Then in July of 2006 "Rojo: La Película" debuted in Chile with tremendous results in the box office, the movie follows characters played by her and other fellow members of the show, trying to achieve their dream in the music industry .

26 of September in the middle of the spring, Chile is witness of the appearance of a new inhabitant. For 20 years back, Daniela Peace Vicuña Castillo has been settling in this world without suspecting what time would happen later to her. It arrived to comprise of the home of Maria of La Paz Vicuña and Arturo Castillo, became the second daughter, after Pía, soon would arrive at the clan Castillo - Vicuña, the smallest brother, Arturo. It is difficult to get to define to Daniela, not because she is a complicated human being, but by the special thing and the multiple qualities that demonstrate in each word, each scene, each act of their life.
