Daniel Osorno Calvillo, was born March 16, 1979 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico). Daniel plays as a Forward for CF Atlas.
Daniel plays in the Primera División de México, he made his debut on January 11, 1997 in a game against UAG Tecos. Osorno quickly became one of CF Atlas maing goal producing players. He was summoned for the U-20 Mexican National Team in 1999, this same year he made his debut with the Mexican National Football Team. For seven years Daniel was a player symbolic with Atlas, however his form began deteriorating after having to deal with some injuries. Osorno was loaned out to CF Monterey for a year in 2003. He made his return to CF Atlas in 2004, but he still has not returned to his old form. Daniel was part of the Mexican squad for the 2005 Gold Cup.
