Daniel Francis McComas (May 26, 1953; San Juan, Puerto Rico) is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's nineteenth House district, including constituents in New Hanover county. A business executive from Wilmington, North Carolina, McComas is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in his fifth term in the state House. He is also the first Hispanic member of the North Carolina General Assembly.
