Daniel Örlund (born 23 June 1980 in Stockholm) is a Swedish football player, currently the first choice goalkeeper at AIK. He began his career at senior level at local club Spårvägens FF before signing for AIK in 2002. During the 2004 season he was on loan to FC Café Opera where he made an impressive impact. Thereafter, he has been the regular first choice for AIK.

He is a self-confessed AIK supporter who also is keen to represent his first club Enskede before hanging up his boots - although he is just beginning to establish himself as a top-class goalkeeper and there is a lot expected from the native Stockholmer. A call-up from national coaches Lars Lagerbäck and Roland Andersson is not too far away.
