The song features Wyclef and Mr. Collipark, and is produced by Mr. Collipark. It contains samples from Ram Jam's version of Black Betty. It also samples the chorus of the Hall & Oates song "Maneater".

The song peaked at #85 on the Billboard 100 chart. In the USA, it also featured on the Pop 100 (#71), Hot Digital Songs (#74) and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs (#84) charts.[1] In other countries, it reached #98 on Australia's top 100 singles, and #22 on the urban chart. It reached #6 in New Zealand and spent 8 weeks on the chart there.
