[edit] Synopsis
While continuing to follow the yuppy lifestyle, Del Boy encourages Rodney to join in the fun. Also, Del's latest items to flog are VCRs from Ronnie Nelson, and fresh tomatoes from Jersey.
At the Nag's Head, Denzil tells Mike and the Trotters that he's taking his wife Corrine out for the evening to celebrate their anniversary, but can't due to picking up a faulty stock of 50 dolls from a shop in High Wycombe. Del decides be a good friend by taking all the 50 dolls off Denzil.
Back at the flat, Rodney is cleaning his suit due to the tomatoes dirtying it, and Del wonders if the dolls are Barbie or Sindy. Rodney reads the note which tells them that these dolls are called Lusty Linda and Erotic Estelle. Albert opens the box and they find out that these dolls are uninflated sex dolls. As Albert throws two of the dolls behind the cocktail bar, Del comes up with a plan which involves taking the dolls down to a porn shop run by a sleazy chap named Dirty Barry at 8:00pm.
At a Chinese takeaway, Denzil watches the BBC news and finds out that the dolls are filled with the highly explosive and volatile gas, propane, which will explode if exposed to heat. Denzil zooms out of the takeaway.
That night, back at the flat, as Rodney tells Del that the VCRs are Chinese, the two sex dolls from behind the cocktail bar inflate instantly. The Trotters proceed to deflate the dolls, but can't due to their dodgy valves. Rodney tries popping one of the dolls with Del's lit cigar, but Del quickly stops him. In the meantime, the Trotters hide the dolls in Albert's bedroom. When Rodney gets dressed for a date with Cassandra, Del Boy gets an idea in his head on how to get the dolls past every watchful eye in Nelson Mandela House.
Back at the Nag's Head, Denzil tells Mike, Boycie, and Trigger that he needs to phone Del and warn him about the explosive sex dolls!
A few minutes later outside Nelson Mandela House, as Albert checks that the coast is clear, Rodney and Del come out with the two dolls dressed in their mother Joan's clothes. Albert opens the Reliant Regal van, the Trotter brothers throw the dolls in, and Rodney just heads off to meet up with Cassandra, leaving Del and Albert to drive down to Dirty Barry's.
At a restaurant that is more Joe Allen than Wimpy, Rodney and Cassandra bring up the events of "Yuppy Love".
Meanwhile, Del and Albert arrive at Dirty Barry's place, only to find out that he's had his licence revoked by the council. Barry says "Margaret Thatcher has ruined this industry" and Albert replies "Finally somebody has something good to say about her".
Del and Albert head back to the van to plan their next move to get rid of the dolls.
Back at the restaurant, Cassandra warns Rodney of the unexploded sex dolls that she's heard about on the news, which leaves a horrified look on Rodney's face.
Later that night, Del and Rodney quickly take the two inflated dolls and dump them in a derelict area. The dolls explode in time for the Trotter brothers to get clear of the explosion.
The Trotter brothers head back to their van, only to find out that more of the dolls are inflating. Del and Rodney bail out of the van and run off into the night.
