Dan Wright

Dan Wright (born December 14, 1977 in Longview, Texas) is a pitcher for the Seattle Mariners AAA farm team, the Tacoma Rainiers, who played four seasons for the Chicago White Sox.
Wright grew up in Batesville, Arkansas and graduated high school from Sullivan South in Kingsport, Tennessee. He pitched for the University of Arkansas from 1997-1999. He was drafted in the 2nd round (64th overall) by the Chicago White Sox.
Wright pitched a 1-hit shutout against the Texas Rangers in May 2002. He signed with Seattle in 2005.
