Dan Whitesides

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Dan Whitesides is the official new drummer for the American Rock band The Used. He is replacing Branden Steineckert, who departed earlier in 2006 and is now playing with Rancid. Whitesides began playing drums at the age of 14. He has quoted himself, "I play a little guitar, but that's just because my whole family plays guitar, and I picked it up from being around them. [I didn't play it] in any bands or anything like that though. Mainly just drums." It is said that he comes from a musical family.[1]
