Daniel A. "Dan" Huseman is the Iowa State Representative from the 53rd District. He has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 1995. He received his BA from Buena Vista College.
Huseman currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Agriculture committee; the Appropriations committee; the Natural Resources committee; and the Transportation committee. He also serves as the ranking member of the Transportation, Infrastructure, and Capitals Appropriations Subcommittee.
Huseman was re-elected in 2006 with 7,465 votes, running unopposed. [1]
