[edit] Cleanup

Very little actual information -- looks like simply photos from someone's visit. I don't know enough about the topic to work on the article. - Che Nuevara: Join the Revolution 17:59, 8 February 2006 (UTC)

I agree with you. Starting from the title--Terrance 09:16, 11 June 2006 (UTC) I did cleanups cleanup tag can be removed now any objections? --Terrance 10:54, 11 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Rename the Article

Title of the article is not appropriate since the article deals with the Dambulla Cave Temple of Sri Lanka not with Dambulla town.

  • I propose that the appropriate title would be Golden Temple of Dambulla .
  • If any one has any objections or a better title, please propose it before 18th of June 2006.

[edit] Saman a Hindu god?

Saman is a Buddhist deity not a Hindu god by any means. Instead there are two statues of Hindu gods, god Vishnu and god Ganesh in Dambulla.

  • I added “There are two statues of Hindu gods, god Vishnu and god Ganesh.”
