Damon Case is a fictional character from Highlander: The Series, portrayed by actor Simon Kunz. He is an Immortal.

Damon Case was born in Exeter, England in 1026. He was raised by a religious family. Damon lived his life understanding about the Lord and the meaning of the Word. Later on in is life, Damon became a Crusader who fought in a big battle against Norman invaders. In 1068, it will be a turning point for Damon Case. Damon dies in battle and then becomes Immortal. He meets the Bishop of Exeter, Leofric, who becomes his teacher and Damon becomes a champion of "The Game".

Damon has now found his purpose in life, to fight other Immortals. Damon has challenged other Immortals to fight, Damon, however, takes no pleasure for what he has to do, but Damon believes that the lives of all Immortals is "The Game". When Damon takes the heads of other Immortals, he prays for their soul. Damon is a man who is not evil.
In 1795 France, he meets a newly Immortal, Jean Philippe de Lefaye III in a tavern, who is being trained by Duncan MacLeod. Damon realizes that Jean Phillipe is young, he challenges the young Immortal to fight. Duncan MacLeod, who has met Case sometime in the past, tries to talk Case out of fighting Jean Phillipe, but Damon decides he must. Later on, Damon runs into Jean Phillipe, and they go outside. Duncan goes to the tavern and to look for Jean Phillipe and is told that he left with Damon Case. There is a flash of lightening, Damon receives the Quickening. At the nearby church, Damon is praying for Jean Phillipe's soul, Duncan goes to the church to see Case praying and is mad at Case. Damon challenges Duncan to fight, but Duncan refuses.
In 1995 France, Case goes to a circus, he senses the presence of another Immortal, he is newly Immortal Danny Cimoli. He challenges Danny to fight, but Danny refuses. Danny is defenseless, he is though being trained by Duncan MacLeod. Danny goes to see Duncan and tells him about Case. Duncan goes to talk to Case and tells Case to leave the boy alone, but Case already has made the challenge. Duncan decides to challenge Case, but the police show up. Danny called the police to save MacLeod.
Case later on faces Duncan. Duncan really does not want to fight Case, but Case will not leave Danny alone. Duncan and Damon go at it with their sword. Duncan defeats Damon Case and takes his head.
