Damien Spencer (born September 19, 1981) is a professional footballer for Coca Cola League One club Cheltenham Town. He is a striker and has been one of the Robins' top scorers for the past few seasons. He has previous experience with Bristol City, from whom he joined Cheltenham in 2002. He had previously had a loan spell with Exeter City.

Spencer is 6'1" tall and weighs 14 stone. Spencer's size and physical game have earned him the nicknames 'Big D' and 'The Tank'.

He has a strong forward partnership with Kayode Odejayi at Whaddon Road. And recently started playing on the left of midfield and is doing very well. And also is good friends with Sosthene Yao and Kayode Odejayi.
