Damian O'Neill (born Stephen Damian O'Neill, 15 January 1961, in Belfast, Northern Ireland) is the lead guitarist in the pop-punk band, The Undertones. He is in the band with his guitarist brother, John O'Neill.

The two formed That Petrol Emotion together following The Undertones' original demise in the early 1980s.
