I'm not sure if you are aware, but Wikipedia requests that articles be about Notable things. It is unlikely that the page you are working on regarding Red Guard Bob meets the standards of notability required. ~ BigrTex 19:36, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Red Guard Bob
I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Red Guard Bob, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree, discuss the issues raised at Talk:Red Guard Bob. If you remove the {{dated prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. ~ BigrTex 19:44, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
- (regarding your question on Talk:Red Guard Bob) If you leave the {{prod}} tag on it, you have 5 days. Once you remove the tag, if you haven't explained how you meet the criteria laid out in WP:WEB, the article will likely be listed on WP:AfD (Articles for Deletion). If it is listed on WP:AfD, a new timer starts. I believe that it is also 5 days. At that time there is discussion, it is no longer just my opinion coming into play. ~ BigrTex 20:04, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
