[edit] "unusual act"?

"The unusual act of notifying NASCAR and Teresa Earnhardt was made prior to releasing the records sought by members of the public and media". What's unusual about it? Crabapplecove 00:04, 22 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Is this a legal brief?

I think this article (and the few others similar to this one) could be clarified and merged with Dale Earnhardt; but this one in particular is structured very much like an article from a legal journal. I'm hoping I can contact the original poster and involve them in the cleanup. MrWarMage 13:43, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
