Dalton Hilliard (born April 5, 1964 in Patterson, Louisiana) is a former professional American football running back for the New Orleans Saints from 1986-1993. He played his entire NFL career for the Saints and was a Pro Bowl selection in 1989. In 2005, reviewer Brandon Funston rated him one of the top 5 "one-hit wonders" of major league sports in the last 25 years. He is a member of the New Orleans Saints Hall of Fame.
Hilliard is also the uncle of Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Ike Hilliard.
