Daksh (Technical Festival)

Daksh is the technical festival of SASTRA University, Thanjavur, India. The first edition of the festival will be held on 28th February and 1 March, 2007.
The festival will comprise various competitions testing the technical skills and knowledge of the participants in various branches of engineering. There will be events based on Computing, Biotechnology, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,Civil Engineering and Robotics. Also on the schedule are open house events, including Computer gaming, a Technical Quiz, Design Competitions, Idea Presentations etc.
Also on the anvil are lectures by eminent personalities in the field of Science and Technology.
